Vara's Sesame Oil is extracted on a traditional wooden ghani (kolhu)—slow, cold, and gentle, with no heat generated during pressing. This keeps the oil unrefined, retaining its natural aroma and character.

Why wood-pressed matters

Modern cold-pressed oil uses a fast steel screw press. A wooden ghani works at a much slower pace, keeping the oil closer to its raw, natural state—the way sesame oil has traditionally been made for generations.
